If you meet with a designer in our office, you will leave with a printed copy of your invitation on the paper of your choice. You can take it home and show it to your family and friends and get their feedback before we print all of them for you. If you meet with a designer via email or phone, we will mail you the printed proof for your approval.
A proof is a sheet to approve the coloring, photos and paper. It takes about an hour to do a “prototype” of a two sided, folded or pocket invitation (printed back to back, scored, cut, etc). We offer free proofs, not free prototypes. We will do a prototype for an additional fee. Your free proof will show you coloring and paper type and make your decision easier.
