How can you print wedding announcements so inexpensively?
Our state of the art equipment makes it possible to print a large volume with lower costs and we have a low overhead. Plus it has always been our desire to offer the very best quality at the very best price possible.

Can I do everything on line or do I need to come into your office?
You can make an appointment to come into the office, but we can do everything on line. We can correspond by email and telephone to make sure we get all of the correct information, then email you a proof to approve or make changes. You choose your fonts, style and designs from the website, or send us your own ideas. We have standard wording or you can individualize it how ever you would like. You also email us any photos you would like to use, just make sure they are a high resolution.

Can I see one wedding announcement before you print them all?
Yes, we prefer you to check the coloring and the photos before we print them. We can mail you one or you can come into the office to approve it. If you would like we can let you see it on different types of card stock.

Do you only print 500 or can I get less (or more) wedding announcements than that?
No, we will print however many you need. For costs see our pricing page.

How soon can I get my wedding announcements?
We can print them for you in one day if necessary, but usually 2 days after you have approved them to be printed we can mail them or you can pick them up. The design usually takes about one business week with the changes going back and forth, but can be done in one day as well.

When do I pay for the wedding invitations?
You pay a deposit when we get started with the design and then the balance is due when you pick them up or I mail them to you.

Can I use any colors I want?
Yes, you can choose any color you want from the Pantone color charts in the office or we can email a chart to you if you are designing your announcements online.  We can match your wedding colors perfectly!

Can I design my own wedding announcements and just have you print them?
Yes, we will need a high resolution file in a pdf format with a 1/8 bleed, ready for print. For any other format or file, please call and talk to Collette at 801-205-4463. 

Can I choose a different card stock than your standard gloss?
Yes, we also offer a standard vellum bristol which has a slight textue and our elegant matte finish for the same low pricing.  We have either cream or white linen and several metallics available along with a vellum (translucent) overlay, the paper is a more expensive so we charge a little extra for those to cover our costs.

Does it cost more to do more than one photo on the wedding announcement?
No, you can do as many colors and photos as you like on one side. You can add the second side for an additional cost (which depends on the number you do-for 500 it is $90 extra).

Do you offer free shipping?
No, we would rather charge you the $10-$20 to ship instead of $100-$200 more for your wedding announcements that some companies charge. You can also pick them up from us even if we have done everything on line.

How long have you been designing and printing wedding invitations?
We have been doing design and print work for over 30 years, but have been focusing on the wedding announcements for the past 6 years.
